Aintree Ladies Day 2025

Taking place on Friday 4th april 2025  (the second day of the Randox Grand National Festival), last years ladies day event combined glamour with elite racing at the Aintree Racecourse near Liverpool. One of the most fashion focused events in the racing and social calendar. Those with an eye on fascinating fascinators once again won’t have been dissapointed as there were some must see hats on display.

On ladies day itself seven races took placem including the Melling Chase (Grade 1), and the Topham Handicap Chase. Top trainers, jockeys and horses are all present on a day where there’s both displays of style in the races and watching them. There’s a style awards aspect to the festival too, best dressed and so on. River Island was the sponsor of the the 2025 event, showing that there’s a touch of class at play. Weather at the 2025 festival was unusually good, which added to the enjoyment of the day.

An impressive 45,000 people attended the high energy ladies day in 2025. Hospitality packages costing a pretty penny were available, and some big names attended the event, as this is an event that gains considerable media attention.
